Two four-storey terraces of twelve homes, each with a balcony, terrace, green roof and roof garden. A steel-heavy SIPs design was pushing up cost and creating cold bridges, so we re-engineered the structure around SIPs. Access runs past an ANPR zone that closes the road twice a day, and lifting is planned against a working range limiter.
