Our founder, Gavin Wilkes, brings 25 years across the offsite supply chain, from senior roles with manufacturers supporting Tesco, councils and the NHS, to co-owning and exiting an offsite manufacturing business in 2020. Over his career he has had a hands-on role in more than 500 projects: low energy homes, plus schools such as a Passivhaus-principles classroom block in Essex, a rooftop STEM extension in a live school, and nurseries and teaching blocks in Lincolnshire and Devon.

We don't manufacture, and that's deliberate. We digitally optimise how manufacturing and construction come together, then take responsibility for delivering it.
We partner with leading manufacturers and cover what they wouldn’t normally provide: construction, construction management, site surveys and reports, and on-site construction activities.
Our skills: design for manufacture and assembly, SIPs and timber frame installation, integration, project management, cost management, health and safety, manufacturing management, value engineering and customer service.
