What self-builders ask us
Do I need to have chosen a system already?
No. SIPs and timber frame are our specialism, and we build with both. SIPs are insulated wall and roof panels: fast, airtight, thin walls. Timber frame is insulated timber walls with an engineered timber roof structure: flexible design, strong on price. Where a project calls for it, we’ve also built with ICF and volumetric modular. Our Superstructure Options Review compares the systems for your design at no charge, as part of pre-construction.
Can I get a price from planning drawings?
Yes. Planning drawings are enough for a written estimate within 5 working days, covering Shell Build and Complete Build. Your planning application needs to be submitted or approved.
Is the price confirmed?
After design and engineering we confirm your price and your date before we start on site, so you know where you stand.
Can you take on a complex build?
Built for the difficult ones. Tight sites, access complications, multiple party walls, challenging designs, high performance targets and fixed deadlines. This is where one team across design, manufacture and construction matters most.
Where do you work?
We're based in Birmingham and London and cover the Midlands, London and the Home Counties, through our own installation teams and a network of crane and lifting partners. Other areas by arrangement.
